Batho Pele Movement (BPM) was launched on the 1st June 2021 by its founding leader Veliswa Mvenya.
MEANING OF THE NAME
“Batho Pele” (Sesotho) translates to:
“People First” in English
“Abantu Kuqala” in Isixhosa
“Mense Eerste” in Afrikaans
